Project Starlight, launched in 2024, is a comprehensive program aimed at reinforcing OnePlus’s position in India. The company has committed to investing INR 2,000 crore annually until 2027 to focus on product durability, exceptional customer service, and driving India-specific innovations. A key component of this initiative is the Green-Line Worry-Free solution, offering a lifetime warranty for display issues like the green line problem, applicable to all OnePlus devices, including the latest OnePlus 13.

OnePlus is preparing to launch several premium smartphones in India, including models like the OnePlus 13R and future iterations such as the OnePlus 14 series. These devices will feature advanced specifications, including high-performance processors like the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, enhanced camera capabilities, and superior display technologies. The OnePlus Ace series, known for its flagship-like performance, will also see new additions, such as the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, which boasts a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a large 6100mAh battery.

As part of its expansion strategy, OnePlus plans to enhance its service network across India. The company aims to strengthen its after-sales support by expanding its service centers to over 400 cities within the next three to five years. Select flagship stores will offer expanded services, including complimentary battery, display, and system health checks, and loaner devices for customers undergoing repairs.
