Mukesh Ambani, Chairman and Managing Director of Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL), has made a significant philanthropic contribution of ₹151 crore to the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai. This substantial donation is a gesture of ‘Guru Dakshina’ (a traditional offering of gratitude to a guru or teacher) to honor his mentor, the late Dr. M.M. Sharma, a distinguished chemical engineer and former Director of ICT Mumbai.
