Dr. M. B. Patil, Minister for Commerce and Industries in Karnataka, highlighted the state’s leadership in AI innovation, stating, “Karnataka, with 1.2 million skilled professionals, leads globally in machine learning, robotics, and quantum computing.” This positions Karnataka as a key player in India’s AI ecosystem, offering a skilled workforce to fuel AI advancements.
Gunjan Krishna, Commissioner for Industrial Development, announced that the upcoming Global Investors Meet 2025 would unveil a new industrial policy targeting ₹7 lakh crore in investments and the creation of 25 lakh jobs.
