Dharma Productions has announced its next romantic drama, Chand Mera Dil, starring Ananya Panday and Lakshya in lead roles. Directed by Vivek Soni, who is known for his previous work on Meenakshi Sundareshwar and the web series Love Storiyaan, the film is set to release in 2025.
The film’s tagline, “Pyaar mein thoda paagal hona hi padta hai” (Love makes you a little crazy), hints at a playful and whimsical approach to romance. For Lakshya, this marks his fourth project with Dharma Productions following Dostana 2, Bedhadak, and Kill. While Kill served as his debut in 2023, Dostana 2 and Bedhadak were ultimately shelved. Despite these setbacks, Lakshya has praised producer Karan Johar for his continued support, which has strengthened his journey within the industry.
