DoT Mandates Inclusive Digital KYC for Telcos Following Supreme Court Judgement

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has issued a directive mandating all telecom service providers (telcos) to implement inclusive digital Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, following a recent judgement by the Supreme Court.
