Chatterbox Technologies Limited (Chtrbox), India’s first publicly listed creator economy company, has officially announced its international expansion with the launch of its first global operational hub in Dubai. This strategic move positions the company at the heart of the Middle East, aiming to bridge the gap between creators, top-tier brands, and digital platforms across regional borders.
The choice of Dubai as an inaugural hub reflects Chtrbox’s long-term vision to build a connected, tech-first infrastructure for the influencer marketing industry. By establishing a presence in the UAE, Chtrbox seeks to leverage Dubai’s world-class digital infrastructure to facilitate talent exchange and high-impact cross-border collaborations.
The expansion is led by Raj Mishra, Managing Director and CEO of Chtrbox. Mishra, the former Country Head of TikTok India, brings a wealth of experience in scaling massive digital ecosystems. At Chtrbox, his mandate includes:
- Creator Network Expansion: Onboarding diverse regional talent.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forging new alliances with Middle Eastern brands.
- M&A Opportunities: Exploring investments and acquisitions to accelerate regional growth.
“The creator economy is increasingly becoming borderless,” said Raj Mishra. “Dubai gives us the access required to build long-term partnerships and capital deployment beyond just short-term campaigns. Our focus is to invest and scale alongside the best talent in the region.”
Curt Marvis, CEO and Co-Founder of QYOU Media Inc. (which owns a majority stake in Chtrbox), noted that this foray is a milestone for the group’s global strategy. With Chtrbox recently completing a historic IPO on the BSE SME platform in October 2025, the company is now utilizing its public listing credibility to fuel international growth.
With this hub, Chtrbox plans to:
- Enable Cross-Border Talent: Allow Indian creators to tap into Middle Eastern markets and vice versa.
- Unified Brand Support: Provide seamless campaign execution for global brands operating in both India and the GCC region.
- Tech-Led Growth: Deploy its proprietary AI-driven creative analytics tools to ensure higher ROI for international marketers.
As the global creator economy is projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, Chtrbox’s move into Dubai marks a significant step for Indian home-grown startups taking center stage in the global digital content landscape.
Key Highlights:
- Global Expansion: Chtrbox has launched its first international hub in Dubai to lead its Middle East operations.
- Veteran Leadership: Former TikTok India head Raj Mishra will drive the regional growth and potential M&A activities.
- Market Strategy: The move aims to connect the high-growth creator markets of India and the UAE through cross-border collaborations.
- Public Listing Advantage: Leveraging its status as India’s first listed creator firm, Chtrbox is focused on long-term infrastructure building over short-term campaigns.
