In his capacity as Chief Growth Officer, Prerak Parmar will oversee all proprietary distribution channels of Bharti AXA Life, which include Agency, Partner Office, Insurance Manager, and Direct Distribution. He will also jointly lead revenue assurance and pricing strategies. His leadership is expected to play a crucial role in expanding the company’s distribution footprint and accelerating overall growth.
Parmar’s extensive background includes significant roles in sales and general management. He previously served as Chief Distribution Officer at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where he successfully led multiple distribution channels, driving revenue growth from ₹690 crores to approximately ₹1,250 crores over seven years. His proven track record in enhancing frontline productivity and improving customer retention will be instrumental in his new position.
Prerak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. His academic credentials complement his extensive industry experience, equipping him with the skills necessary to lead growth initiatives effectively.
