According to BrandPulse Global, 38% of Indian consumers prefer Q-Com for non-grocery items, while nearly 70% of Q-Com users would buy premium tech products if fast delivery is an option. As the Q-Com market continues its upward trajectory, Riya Maity, Business Head of BrandPulse, believes this is just the beginning for premium tech products on Q-Com platforms. By 2025, the Q-Com market is expected to reach $5 billion, driven by the desire for immediacy and convenience in tech retail.
