Mercedes-Benz India has announced a significant organizational change in its leadership, appointing Brendon Sissing as the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing, effective August 1, 2025. Sissing will succeed Lance Bennett, who has transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Mercedes-Benz Middle East.
Brendon Sissing brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record to his new role. He currently serves as the Head of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India, a position he has held since 2022. Under his leadership, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India witnessed substantial growth, with its portfolio doubling in size and achieving record profits, alongside a high Dealer Loyalty Index. His expertise in auto finance, strategic initiatives, and enhancing customer journeys through integrated online and offline platforms has been instrumental in his previous role.

Sissing’s career with Mercedes-Benz spans various global markets, including Malaysia, South Africa, Germany, and India. He began his journey with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia, contributing to sales strategy and growth implementation. He also played a foundational role in establishing Mercedes-Benz Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd in 2012. His prior experience includes leading Credit Operations and national sales at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services South Africa, and roles in Credit Underwriting and Key Accounts at Daimler Mobility AG in Stuttgart, Germany.
With a B. Tech degree in Cost & Management Accounting and a Diploma in Credit Management, along with multiple international leadership certifications, Sissing is known for his sharp focus on innovation, digital transformation, and fostering a high-performing team environment. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Mercedes-Benz India’s customer focus and sales performance in the competitive luxury car market.
