McCann Worldgroup India Secures 4 Wins and 3 Shortlists at Prestigious D&AD Awards 2025

McCann Worldgroup India has made a significant mark at the D&AD Awards 2025, one of the most esteemed global accolades for creative excellence in design, advertising, and communication. The agency walked away with a total of four D&AD Pencils and secured three shortlists for its impactful campaigns.

Leading the wins was the agency’s “Fit My Feet” campaign for Buckaroo Footwear, which received a Graphite Pencil for Best Impact in the Design category. Additionally, “Fit My Feet” earned two Wood Pencils in the Health & Wellbeing category, specifically for Innovation and Product Design. The campaign, which addressed the often-overlooked needs of individuals born with clubfoot by providing low-cost, custom footwear kits through local cobblers, was also shortlisted in the Inclusive Product Design category. This recognition highlights the campaign’s thoughtful design and its significant positive impact on the community, having distributed over 228,000 pairs of shoes across India.

Furthermore, McCann Worldgroup India’s “Dabba Savings Account” campaign for ESAF Small Finance Bank was awarded a Wood Pencil in the Cultural Experience category under Commerce. This innovative campaign, which ingeniously incorporated a hidden savings compartment into the traditional Indian steel “dabba,” empowering rural women to build financial habits discreetly, was also shortlisted in two additional categories: B2C Activation for Experiential: Activation & Participation, and Inclusive for Best Commerce. The initiative led to the opening of over 120,000 new bank accounts without relying on traditional media.
