The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting unveiled the second season of the acclaimed animated series Krish, Trish, and Baltiboy: Bharat Hain Hum during the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa. The series, celebrating India’s lesser-known freedom fighters, was inaugurated by superstar Nagarjuna alongside notable dignitaries and industry leaders.
Premiering on December 1, the series will broadcast on Doordarshan, Prime Video, Netflix, and WAVES, alongside an Akashvani radio series and Spotify podcast. Available in 12 Indian and seven international languages, including Hindi, Tamil, French, and Korean, it will reach audiences in 150 countries.
The cross-platform strategy ensures widespread accessibility:

Season 2 sheds light on unsung freedom fighters such as:

- Wazir Ram Singh Pathania (Himachal Pradesh)
- Birsa Munda (Jharkhand)
Nagarjuna highlighted the significance of the series in educating young audiences about India’s freedom struggle. He remarked:
“It’s equally important to highlight stories of real heroes who sacrificed their lives for our country.”
Directed by Munjal Shroff and Tilak Shetty of Graphiti Studios, the ambitious project engaged over 1,000 professionals, including animators and voice artists. Their mission: instilling patriotism and pride in younger audiences.
