The fifth edition of the Indian Sports Honours (ISH) is set to be broadcast live on Star Sports Network and Disney+ Hotstar on November 18, 2024, celebrating the extraordinary achievements of India’s top athletes from October 2023 to September 2024. The jury will present awards in two main categories:
- Jury Honours (10 categories including Sportsman and Sportswoman of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Team of the Year)
- Popular Choice Honours (4 categories including Breakthrough Performance of the Year for both men and women, and Fan Club of the Year)
Additionally, the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Honour will be presented to individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to Indian sports. A new category, the Grassroots Initiative of the Year Honour, will recognize programs nurturing talent at the grassroots level, providing a platform for programs that inspire future athletes.
