InCred Capital in Final Talks to Secure $50 Million Amid Strong Financial Performance

InCred Capital, the wealth and institutional arm of the InCred Group, is in advanced discussions to raise $50 million, according to sources close to the negotiations. The funding round comes on the back of the company’s solid performance in FY25, which saw an average revenue run rate of ₹800 crore and a profit before tax of ₹200 crore.

The firm’s comprehensive financial services include wealth management, asset management, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and equity research, making it a key player in the investment banking space. Recent capital raises for companies like Oyo, E2E, Ugro, and Indiabulls have increased its market prominence. With over $5 billion in assets under management (AUM), InCred Capital serves a wide range of clients, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate treasuries.

C likely to participate in this funding round include well-known family offices such as Ranjan Pai’s Manipal family office, the Motherson Sumi family office, and the MMG family office. Founder Bhupinder Singh is also expected to be involved. Sources suggest the company’s valuation may range between $550 million and $600 million.

InCred Finance, another arm of the InCred Group, became a unicorn in 2023 after raising $60 million in a Series D round led by Ranjan Pai. In FY24, InCred Finance’s assets surged by 49%, driven by increased demand in sectors such as MSME and education loans, particularly for overseas studies.
