Embedded finance and working capital platform GetVantage has made a significant investment in the logistics sector, committing Rs 5.4 crore to three emerging startups: Celcius Logistics, Ohm Logistics, and Fitsol. Each startup has received Rs 1.8 crore in growth capital to expand their operations and address the growing demand across key sectors like cold chain logistics and decarbonization.
The funding was provided through GetVantage’s licensed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), GetGrowth Capital, and its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Venture Finance Fund. This initiative was done in partnership with Varanium Capital and other NBFC partners, showcasing GetVantage’s commitment to non-dilutive capital solutions for emerging businesses.
Celcius Logistics, co-founded by Swarup Bose, aims to enhance the efficiency of cold chain logistics using advanced technology to ensure the safe transport of temperature-sensitive goods like food and pharmaceuticals. Fitsol, founded by Anand Pathak in 2022, focuses on reducing supply chain emissions, using an AI-powered platform to help businesses manage and reduce their carbon footprints. Ohm Logistics is another player in this investment round, although fewer details about their operations were disclosed.
GetVantage, co-founded by Bhavik Vasa and Amit Srivastava, has funded over 1,500 SMEs and startups across sectors such as eCommerce, edtech, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The platform provides data-driven investments ranging from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 20 crore, aimed at supporting operational expenses, marketing, and logistics.
