Frammer AI, a video creation startup founded by former NDTV executives Suparna Singh, Kawaljit Singh Bedi, and Arijit Chatterjee, has successfully raised $2 million in seed funding from Lumikai, India’s first interactive media and gaming venture capital firm. Launched just over a year ago, Frammer AI specializes in utilizing advanced AI technology to help businesses create high-quality social media videos efficiently.
The startup offers an all-in-one platform that simplifies video production and posting on social media. With its innovative technology, Frammer AI can convert a half-hour video into 35 short packages in just five minutes, addressing the growing demand for short-form content in marketing. According to CEO Suparna Singh, “The need for short-form video has never been higher. Frammer is helping companies leverage their content to its fullest potential, creating larger audiences and enhancing engagement.”
Frammer AI sets itself apart from traditional prosumer tools by effectively processing complex content, a challenge many existing solutions face. Salone Sehgal, founding partner at Lumikai, expressed confidence in Frammer’s leadership team, highlighting their track record of driving businesses from inception to profitability while delivering value through innovative content and media-tech solutions.
The new funding will allow Frammer AI to expand its technology team, focus on the sports and entertainment sectors, and invest in data training. The startup aims to help large corporations and eCommerce firms improve their social media presence through efficient video production and distribution solutions.
Frammer AI has already established a notable client base, serving organizations such as The India Today Group, Zee News, and Acko in both India and the US. Additionally, it has been recognized as the AI content partner of Brightcove, a US-based streaming service provider.
