The 25th edition of the EMVIE Awards, organized by The Advertising Club (TAC), marked a significant milestone in recognizing excellence in media and advertising. Held at the Jio World Convention Centre, the event celebrated groundbreaking campaigns and strategies while honoring industry leaders for their contributions to innovation, strategy, research, and integration.
Key Highlights of EMVIE Awards 2025
- Wavemaker India was crowned ‘The Best Media Agency of the Year’ with 665 points, maintaining its dominance in the industry.
- Mondelez India Foods Pvt. Ltd. earned the title of ‘The Best Media Client of the Year’ with 380 points, reflecting its commitment to innovative media strategies.
- Initiative Media (India) Private Limited won the prestigious Grand EMVIE for Amazon Prime Video’s campaign on Mirzapur, which utilized generative AI for interactive storytelling in the category Best Media Innovation: Best Use of AI for a Media Solution.
- Mindshare India secured second place with 570 points, followed by EssenceMediacom at third with 275 points.
The Diversity Equality & Inclusion (DE&I) EMVIE Award went to Interactive Avenues for their campaign with Chhanv Foundation titled EK MACCHHLI PAANI MEIN GAYI – THE ACID ATTACK SURVIVOR’S VERSION~.
The Young EMVIE of the Year Award was presented to Navneet Kabra from Wavemaker India for his work on Cadbury 5 Star & Cadbury Celebrations campaigns.
This year’s EMVIES set new benchmarks with:
Participation from 33 agencies, submitting a record-breaking 1,779 entries, out of which 443 were shortlisted.
Over 1,000 professionals from media, marketing, advertising, and research industries attending the event.
A total of 1 Grand EMVIE, 46 Gold, 71 Silver, and 73 Bronze trophies awarded.
