BookMyShow, India’s top entertainment platform, has teamed up with IndiGo, the country’s largest airline, to launch the innovative ‘Runway to Party’ campaign.
This collaboration is designed to enhance the festival experience for attendees of three of India’s biggest upcoming music festivals,
‘Bandland’ 2024 in Bengaluru, ‘Sunburn Goa 2024,’ and ‘Lollapalooza India’ 2025 in Mumbai.
The initiative is aimed at festival-goers who frequently travel from different cities to attend these events. Statistics show a significant percentage of attendees travel from outside the host cities, highlighting the need for better travel arrangements. For instance, in Bandland 2023, 28 percent of the audience came from outside Bengaluru, while Lollapalooza India saw 36 percent of its attendees travel from other cities.
Through this campaign, BookMyShow and IndiGo aim to offer special discounts of up to 20 percent on flights to festival attendees who book tickets via BookMyShow. Consumers will receive a special link post-purchase, through which they can claim the discount. Additionally, exclusive perks will be available for those attending ‘Sunburn Goa‘ 2024.
