PW School of Startups, founded by Physics Wallah’s Alakh Pandey and Prateek Maheshwari, has concluded its first entrepreneurial cohort, AARAMBH 1.0, with significant impact across India. This five-day residential program united aspiring founders from over ten states, including locations as diverse as Motihari in Bihar and Kochi in Kerala. Participants interacted with industry leaders like Shantanu Deshpande (CEO of Bombay Shaving Company), alongside professors from esteemed institutions like IIM and DTU. PW executives, including CTPO Vineet Govil and VP of Product Yogesh Shukla, also contributed valuable insights.
Focused on core entrepreneurial concepts such as Unit Economics, MVP Development, Brand Building, and Pitching, the program encouraged participants to develop startup ideas with social impact, including connecting local shopkeepers to customers and eco-friendly fertilizer ventures.
On the final day, Alakh Pandey motivated participants to become “job creators, not job seekers,” emphasizing the program’s mission to foster self-reliant entrepreneurs. Building on this success, Pandey announced AARAMBH 2.0, set for November 19, 2024, at the Noida campus, aimed at further strengthening India’s startup ecosystem and nurturing a new generation of entrepreneurs.
