CBSE Class 12 Results Out: Girls Outperform Boys with Over 5% Lead

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today announced the results for the Class 12 board examinations, with girls once again outshining boys by a significant margin. According to Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj, the pass percentage of girls stood at an impressive 91.64 per cent, surpassing that of boys at 85.70 per cent by over five percentage points.  

The overall pass percentage for the CBSE Class 12 exams this year is 88.39 per cent, showing a slight increase from last year’s 87.98 per cent.  

In a remarkable achievement, transgender candidates recorded a perfect 100 per cent pass percentage, a significant jump from the 50 per cent pass rate achieved by transgender candidates in the previous year.  

The announcement marks the culmination of months of hard work for students across the country. Students can now access their results through the official CBSE website and other designated platforms.
