Havas CX Expands into Southeast Asia with New Singapore Hub

Havas CX, the customer experience network of the Havas Group, has expanded its footprint into Southeast Asia with the launch of a new hub in Singapore. This strategic move strengthens its position within the region and enhances its global network, which spans 18 hubs, including major cities like London, Paris, New York, and Mumbai.

The Singapore hub will combine the UI/UX and experience design expertise of Think Design with the digital transformation capabilities of Ekino, a company that has operated in Singapore since 2017. Havas India Group CEO Rana Barua highlighted that this expansion is part of the company’s broader Converged growth strategy, aimed at integrating creative, design, and technological capabilities to offer innovative customer-centric solutions.

David Shulman, Global CEO of Havas CX Network, emphasized the importance of seamless, integrated customer experiences for brands seeking meaningful connections with their audiences. The Singapore hub will focus on enhancing brand experiences by leveraging creativity and technology.

Under the leadership of Deepali Saini, CEO of Think Design, and Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO of BLKJ Havas, the new hub is poised to drive growth across Southeast Asia. Both leaders will report to Barua as they work to establish Singapore as a key digital innovation hub in the region.
