Sony Sports Network has secured the exclusive media rights to broadcast the Hero Asian Champions Trophy 2024 live, scheduled from September 8 to September 17, 2024, in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia, China. This deal allows hockey enthusiasts across India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, and Sri Lanka to enjoy live coverage of the tournament on Sony Sports Network and Sony LIV.
The Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) has confirmed the participation of six of the continent’s top teams, including defending champions and Olympic Bronze medallists, India. The other competing teams are Pakistan, South Korea, Japan, China, and Malaysia, setting the stage for an intense showcase of Asian hockey talent.

- The tournament kicks off on September 8 with a single-pool format where all six teams will compete. The opening day will feature matches between South Korea and Japan, Malaysia and Pakistan, and the defending champions India against hosts China.
